Either party may terminate this Terms of Use at any time. To terminate, send a written notice to KidsFinance, P.O. Box 241775, Los Angeles, CA 90024; upon receipt by KidsFinance, termination will be effective. KidsFinance will have no obligation to provide notification of termination.
Shop
The Shop Service is available to users who are of legal age in their jurisdiction. You may not use the shopping service if you are under that age unless a parent transacts the purchase. Users must submit information that is accurate, complete, and true. User hereby accepts and agrees that all submitted information is accurate, complete and true at the time. Submitting an order obligates the user to complete the transaction. By using the Shop feature, you agree to be responsible for all tax and costs that arise from using the Shop feature. Although software is used to calculate sales, use and other obligations, it is limited to its accuracy by the data entered by the Merchant. Additionally, tax laws may be a matter of judgment. Therefore, KidsFinance disclaims all responsibility and liability for tax calculations performed by the software.
